Pension
1. If the Employee is covered by the pension plan of Pensioenfonds Caribisch Nederland (PCN)[7] , the rights and obligations of the Employer and the Employee and the other terms and conditions are laid down in the pension regulations drawn up by PCN.
2. The provisions of the policy conditions are laid down in the pension regulations. These regulations, once established, are provided to each member.
