Certified Care Worker (IG)

Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? For our care team, we are looking for driven Certified Care Workers (IG) who make personal care and attention a priority. As a Certified Care Worker (IG), you provide care, support and guidance to chronically and/or terminally ill clients in a home environment where independence is encouraged as much as possible.
What will you do?
- Providing daily care, guidance and support to clients according to the care plan, including administering medication
- Performing simple nursing procedures and assisting the nurses, including during physical examinations
- Observing clients and reporting particulars and work carried out to the responsible colleagues
- Identifying needs, possibilities, bottlenecks and problem situations of clients and communicating them to the colleagues involved
- Forming a picture of the client's request for help, needs and possibilities
- Keeping in close contact with family, informal caregivers and other healthcare providers
What do we ask?
- Diploma Certified Care Worker IG (MBO level 3)
- Experience with or affinity for elderly care
- Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention for the client
- Flexibly available for irregular shifts and working days
- Good communication skills and a collegial attitude
