Nurse

Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? For our care team, we are looking for driven nurses who make personal care and attention a priority. As a nurse, you provide and coordinate (nursing) care within the nursing and care home, home care, day care and respite care.
What will you do?
- Nursing and guiding clients in activities of daily living (ADL) and providing (psychosocial) support to clients and their relatives
- Performing nursing procedures, such as complex wound care, catheterization and intravenous medication administration
- Identifying and assessing changes in health status and involving specialized healthcare providers when needed
- Drawing up, coordinating and monitoring the nursing part of the care plan, including multidisciplinary coordination and evaluation
- Guiding, coaching and assessing care workers and Certified Care Workers (IG), and giving clinical lessons and education
What do we ask?
- Nursing diploma (MBO level 4 or bachelor's level)
- Experience with or affinity for elderly care
- Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention for the client
- Flexibly available for irregular shifts and working days
- Good communication skills and a collegial attitude
