HR Officer

Primary Care Caribbean (PCC) is an independent general practitioners' organization that, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), supports the general practices on Bonaire in expanding and developing the range of primary care services. PCC creates the conditions for collaboration between general practitioners, healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations and thereby promotes coherent, high-quality care for the residents of Bonaire.

As HR Officer, you work in a small, committed team and support a variety of HR tasks. You work closely with the Compensation & Compliance Advisor, the Management Assistant and the Operational Director. Within this team, you receive guidance, but also the room to take on tasks independently and contribute ideas.

Your tasks include:
• Drafting employment contracts, letters and HR documentation;
• Processing and maintaining personnel data in Celery;
• Supporting the intake, internal mobility and departure of employees;
• Answering questions about HR, absence and internal regulations;
• Contributing ideas on improving and structuring HR processes;
• Supporting the development of HR policy.

• You have completed a bachelor's degree in HRM;
• You have some work experience in HR;
• You work accurately and are good at planning and organizing;
• You are eager to learn and ask questions;
• You communicate pleasantly and make contact easily;
• You have an affinity with the Caribbean context;
• A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude;
• Good communication and social skills;
• You speak Papiamentu
