Are you a committed and empathetic healthcare professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others? For our care team, we are looking for driven Care Assistants who make personal care and attention a priority. As a Care Assistant, you assist the Certified Care Workers (IG) and Nurses in caring for psychogeriatric and/or somatic residents and carry out light household tasks.

What will you do?

• Supporting clients with getting in and out of bed, washing/showering and dressing and undressing according to the agreed care plan
• Encouraging and maintaining the self-reliance of clients in activities of daily living (ADL)
• Carrying out tasks such as dispensing medication, simple wound care and bandaging techniques
• Keeping clients' rooms tidy and carrying out light household and cleaning tasks
• Encouraging self-reliance in household tasks to create a pleasant living environment
• Assisting the Certified Care Workers (IG) and Nurses with nursing procedures

What do we ask?

• Diploma Care Assistant (MBO level 2)
• Experience with or affinity for elderly care
• Empathetic and patient, with an eye for detail and attention for the client
• Flexibly available for irregular shifts and working days
• Good communication skills and a collegial attitude
