Are you an experienced microbiology laboratory analyst with a passion for laboratory systems? Fundashon Mariadal is looking for a driven Laboratory Analyst / MOLIS Application Manager to strengthen our team!

What you will do

As Laboratory Analyst / MOLIS Application Manager, you work primarily 50% as an analyst (microbiology) and 50% as application manager for our laboratory information system MOLIS. In this dynamic position, you are the expert and point of contact for the laboratory system MOLIS. With your knowledge and expertise, you manage, configure and optimize MOLIS and contribute to quality assurance. You translate user requirements and process changes into functional solutions and act as a source of knowledge for the motivated colleagues in the lab. You are the link between the laboratory, IT and suppliers. In addition to your role as Application Manager, you work 50% as an Analyst within the team. You prepare analyses, collect relevant medical data and perform the analyses.

What you bring

• A completed vocational (MBO+) or bachelor's education in clinical chemistry or microbiology.
• Demonstrable experience as a laboratory analyst and knowledge of LIMS (preferably MOLIS).
• Strong analytical ability and technical insight.
• Excellent communication skills and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills: you can plan, prioritize and document processes.
• Tact, resilience under pressure, empathy and customer friendliness are important in contacts with patients, healthcare providers and colleagues and for working in a team.

What we offer you

In the position of Analyst B, you receive a salary within Job Group 45, ranging from $3,080 to $4,215 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week. In addition to your salary, you receive additional benefits, such as a pension plan, a 13th month, vacation allowance and 25 vacation days per year based on full-time employment, and you will also receive internal training focused on the application management of the laboratory system MOLIS.

If you come from outside Bonaire, we offer you a relocation package. This includes a contribution to moving costs, tickets for you and your family if applicable, and housing for the first two months. In addition, FM offers a Papiamentu course so you can quickly become familiar with the local language, and you are eligible for an annual Vitality Budget.
