Recruiting staff in the healthcare and social care sector on Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius is a particular challenge. The labor market on the islands is small, and finding enough qualified employees requires a joint approach by employers and involved organizations.

The labor market on the islands is limited, while the demand for healthcare professionals remains high. Employers also face challenges around international recruitment, housing and retaining employees in the longer term.

Unite in Care brings employers, HR professionals and other involved parties together to tackle this issue jointly.
