Pension in healthcare and social care
In healthcare on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, you usually build up your pension through Pensioenfonds Caribisch Nederland (PCN).
The BES Healthcare CLA stipulates that the pension scheme is carried out in accordance with the pension regulations of Pensioenfonds Caribisch Nederland. These set out the rights and obligations of both the employer and the employee.
Building up your pension
Your pension accrual is arranged through the pension fund and is not worked out in detail in the CLA itself. The pension regulations explain how your pension is built up, which contribution is paid and what you can expect later.
Insight into your pension
If you fall under this scheme, you will receive information from the pension fund. This gives you insight into your accrual and your financial situation for later.
Employability toward retirement
The CLA also looks at employability toward retirement. There are agreements to consider adjustments to work or working hours in time, so that you remain healthy and employable until your retirement age.
