May 20 is International HR Day. On this day, the work of HR professionals and their contribution to employees and organizations is recognized worldwide.
In healthcare and social care in the Caribbean Netherlands, HR professionals play an important role. They work on topics such as development, sustainable employability, employment conditions, vitality and good employment practices.
Within Unite in Care, collaboration on HR is important. Organizations work together, share knowledge and are committed to good employment conditions and a strong, future-proof healthcare and social care sector on Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius.
On this International HR Day, we express our appreciation for all HR staff on Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius who work every day for employees, organizations and good care on the islands!
